Red Planet
Nobody on Earth can drive this rover live. Write its whole program in pseudocode, send it, and watch every line run.
How it works
A rover has landed on Mars. A message from Earth can take more than 20 minutes to get there, so nobody can drive the rover live. Dr Amna at mission control needs a programmer. Write the whole program in Cambridge pseudocode, send it, and watch the rover follow your code one line at a time.

- Read the mission. Dr Amna tells you the goal.
- Write your program. Tap a rover command to add it. Type == to get ←.
- Press Send program. Watch each line run. The variables and the trace table fill in.
- Some missions have more than one map. The same program must work on all of them.
- Win the Size medal with few lines of code, and the Speed medal with few steps.
Missions O Level, IGCSE and 9618
Your progress is saved on this device. Every program uses the pseudocode in the Cambridge guide.
